Aqara Home sync to HomeKit

Synchronize Aqara room names to HomeKit. If HomeKit already has exactly the same name, it will be skipped. If there is no room, a room with the same name will be created in HomeKit. Based on the device's room in Aqara, sync to HomeKit and update the room name of the same device in HomeKit to match. When synchronizing names containing special characters to HomeKit, special characters need to be converted to spaces.(“-”is preserved)

In HomeKit, names of homes/rooms/devices/services must begin and end with letters/numbers/Chinese characters.

Homekit sync to Aqara Home

Sync room names from HomeKit to Aqara. Skip if identical names already exist in HomeKit, create a room with the same name in Aqara if the room doesn't exist. Based on the device's room in HomeKit, sync to Aqara and update the room name of the same device in Aqara to match.

Exception Cases

When syncing from Aqara Home to HomeKit, if names contain special characters, these characters will be converted to spaces during synchronization. Default rooms in HomeKit are read-only, so synchronization won't be performed for default rooms or devices within them.
